  • Form Usability: Contact and onboarding form fields feature descriptive labels, input formatting instructions, explicit autocomplete attributes, and client-side validation guidance.
  • Accessible Tables: Tabular data, including complaint tables and escalation matrices, include semantic headers with appropriate scope="col" and scope="row" attributes.
